Kunal Kacholiya

Kunal Kacholiya is the Founder and Principal Architect of Kacholiya Architects, a Jaipur-based architecture and design practice established in 2017. With a thoughtful and context-driven approach to design, he is committed to creating architecture that is functional, enduring, and meaningful.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2015 and began his professional journey with an internship at Hiren Patel Architects (HPA), Ahmedabad, where he gained valuable exposure to design excellence, material exploration, and the execution of contemporary architectural projects. This early experience continues to influence his approach to design, where creativity is balanced with technical precision and a deep understanding of space.

Since founding Kacholiya Architects in 2017, Kunal has led the practice across a diverse portfolio of residential, retail and commercial projects, integrating architecture, interior design, and landscape design into cohesive and meaningful environments. Guided by a philosophy of simplicity, honest material expression, natural light, and contextual sensitivity, he believes that architecture should enrich everyday life while remaining timeless in its character.

Based in Jaipur, he has successfully delivered and is actively involved in projects across Jaipur, Pushkar, Haridwar, and Varanasi, responding thoughtfully to the unique cultural, climatic, and contextual qualities of each location. His work reflects a careful balance between functionality, craftsmanship, and contemporary design, creating spaces that are both refined and enduring.

Under his leadership, Kacholiya Architects has cultivated a collaborative design process that transforms ideas into architecture with clarity, purpose, and lasting value. His commitment to detail, proportion, and client-focused design continues to shape the practice’s vision of creating spaces that are elegant, meaningful, and deeply connected to the people who experience them.
